Ordering repeat prescriptions

Patients receiving long term medication may be issued with repeat prescriptions. You will be given a computer slip attached to your current prescription listing all your medications which are repeatable. To order a prescription simply tick the item(s) you require and drop or send your request into the surgery allowing two working days before collection.

If you supply a stamped addressed envelope your prescription will be posted to you but please allow pleanty of time for posting. Repeat prescription slips should not be handed to the Doctor during consultations.
