How to book an appointment

To make an appointment with a healthcare professional:

• Please telephone 0208 573 2037
• PATCHS online consultation form for non-urgent requests PATCHS
• Book online via the NHS app or Patient Access

There are always appointments available for the same day if you wish to be seen urgently, although these may not necessarily be with your preferred doctor. For emergency appointments please ring the surgery. All routine appointments are bookable 2 weeks in advanced.

Please be aware our reception staff will direct you to the most appropriate person or service for your problem. This may not be an appointment with a GP.

Many health issues can be resolved over the phone or by video link and it is important that we have your up to date phone number.

If you have an appointment that you are unable to keep please let us know as soon as possible so that it can be given to another patient.

Telephone Consultations

There may be times when your problem can be resolved with a telephone call. Telephone consultations are available for you to speak with a doctor, for this service we request that you ring the surgery and arrange it with our staff.
